We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled After Sales Support Officer to join our Italian Motion team. 

The After Sales Support Officer is responsible for providing post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction through warranty management and organizing recall campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warranty Management: Processing and approving warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Recall Campaigns: Organizing and executing recall campaigns, informing customers, and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Customer Support: Providing prompt and effective support to customers, handling complaints, and resolving issues.
• Reports and Analysis: Creating reports on campaign performance and customer satisfaction, analyzing data to improve processes.
• Collaboration with Departments: Working with sales, technical support, and logistics departments to ensure smooth post-sales operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering).
• Technical background and familiarity with Automotive industry
• At least 3 years of familiar previous experience
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive or technology sector.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, perform under pressure and solve problems.
• Strong target oriented approach and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office systems.
• Good command of the English language, both in writing and speaking
