Autohellas Hertz is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking to recruit a candidate for the role of Autohellas Hertz eCommerce Specialist, which contributes to our company’s digital growth by assisting in the day-to-day eCommerce operations but also in the implementation of the company’s strategy towards digital client onboarding.
The role sits within our Autohellas Hertz Marketing & eCommerce Department, reports to the eCommerce & Marketing Manager, and collaborates closely with the Digital Marketing and Communications functions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Website Content & Maintenance:
Manage and update website content across all company domains, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Maintain seamless day-to-day website functionality to uphold a high-quality online presence. - Feature Development & Implementation:
Collaborate closely with design and development teams to enhance site functionality and implement new digital features in line with business goals and customer expectations. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Perform UATs for newly developed features and provide detailed feedback to ensure they meet both functional requirements and user experience standards. - Performance Reporting & Analytics:
Analyze website performance through web analytics platforms, compile monthly reports, and deliver actionable insights that support optimization of the company’s digital strategy. - SEO Strategy & Execution:
Lead on-page and off-page SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility, improve Google search rankings, and support the performance of digital media campaigns. - User Experience & Conversion Optimization:
Work alongside UX/UI experts to improve site navigation, streamline customer journeys, and increase conversion rates across key digital touchpoints. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, IT, leasing, etc.) to ensure timely and effective execution of website updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in the fields of eCommerce, Business Administration, Management Science or other related fields.
- 5-8 years of experience in similar roles, in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- English Fluency (written & oral).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in content management systems (CMS).
- Fair knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Fair understanding of SEO techniques.
- Knowledge of Umbraco CMS, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Photoshop, HTML/CSS, JavaScript is not essential, but will be considered as a great asset.
