CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Build relationships with customers by creating a friendly, welcoming customer experience.
Understand their needs and guide them to the perfect rental solution.
SALES ADVISORY
Showcase your sales skills to upsell additional services and maximizing revenue, ensuring customers have everything they need for a smooth journey.
PROBLEM SOLVING
Be the hero in resolving any issues or concerns that the customer might experience through their rental, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
TEAMWORK

VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION
Complies to company’s procedures for all vehicle deliveries and collections, to ensure rentable standard is met and any additional damage is documented upon return.
Essential Requirements
Your skills - What you’ll need for a great journey
MUST HAVE
- Passion for customer service, with willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
- Enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards selling.
- Good English & Greek skills, enabling you to be a brilliant communicator.
- Valid Driving license (capable of driving manual and automatic cars).
- Willing to work on a shift Rota basis.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in customer service or sales position
- Additional foreign language skills
- Passion for cars
