Since its takeover of Velmar and Technocar Seat in 2016, it has been expanding its activities in the import and sale of cars.

In December 2017 it gained control of 70% of Hyundai Hellas and Kia Hellas, while in May 2023 Autohellas gained control of 51% of the import and distribution of the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep brands in Greece.

We are looking for a IT Software Support Officer to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!

Responsibilities:

• Supporting users via phone and troubleshooting of application issues remotely (Help Desk).
• Using and updating the IT Department’s ticketing system.
• Participating in a support shift schedule (on-call), as well as on-site presence on weekends during the peak period of the Rent-a-Car business (June 1 – September 30).
• Participating in UAT Testing for application changes or extensions.
• Writing user guides/manuals for applications.
• Training of corporate users.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 environment and MS Office 2016 or newer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Internet access, and web browsers.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong communication skills with users.
• Courtesy, willingness, and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within Greece and abroad

Note:

The following will be highly valued as additional qualifications:
-Knowledge and experience in the Rent-a-Car or Leasing industry.
-Knowledge and experience in using the “Wheels” (Trochos) application.
