We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!

About the Role

Autohellas seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager / Product Owner to join our Product Team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch—collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that fuel business growth.

We need someone who is analytical, resourceful, and customer-focused and who can work both independently and as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage roadmaps, set team goals, and oversee multiple products/projects
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
• Gather and evaluate product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure product quality before launch
• Act as a bridge between business and tech teams, ensuring smooth communication
• Advocate for customer needs and balance business, user, and technical constraints effectively
• Review development progress to ensure alignment with the defined vision

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on product development experience, managing full product or feature cycles
• Strong background in business analysis and writing functional specifications
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills—you can break down complex ideas and collaborate effectively
• A structured and proactive approach with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Familiarity with project management principles and best practices
• University degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in Greek & English (written and verbal)

Bonus Points

• Experience in rent-a-car, leasing, travel industries is a significant advantage
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
