We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!

Autohellas is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive the entire project lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to help shape the future of mobility.

What You’ll Do

• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Define project requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success
• Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and best practices
• Conduct project evaluations and post-project analysis for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
