Autohellas Hertz is seeking for a Reservations Representative to join its strong team!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat with politeness and respect
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs
• Verify and edit customers’ bookings with speed
• Become an active member of Hertz Team using goal oriented and quality techniques to improve customers’ experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree will be considered as a plus
• Computer literacy
• Work experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
• Fluent verbal and written use of English language
• Good knowledge of second language is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Welcoming and Client-oriented approach
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
