We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!

Core Responsibilities:

• Handles the monthly payroll preparation and payroll execution in compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and relevant authorities.

• Collects and analyses payroll data to produce necessary payroll calculations and reconciliation

• Ensures the accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation to employees

• Responds to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolving any issues or discrepancies

• Ensures regular payroll reporting is prepared in time, as well as prepares ad hoc reports for HR and upper management

• Assists in the review of payroll systems and processes and continuous upgrade of the payroll services to the internal customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Payroll, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in SAP ERP will be considered as a great asset

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English

• Strong knowledge of Greek tax and wage laws

• Advanced Microsoft Office user

• Multitasking and organizational skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information
