We are looking for a Customer Care Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
Job Purpose
The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of an outstanding after-sales customer experience by leading customer service activities, overseeing the effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints, and supporting the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary escalation point, the role ensures that customer cases are managed efficiently, professionally, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the Customer Care team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues.
Monitor, track, and follow up on customer cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, accurately, and in accordance with company procedures.
Provide expert guidance and information regarding products, services, and automotive-related matters.
Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and service standards, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Support administrative and operational activities related to customer care functions.
Foster a customer-centric culture and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Qualifications & Skills
University degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, customer care, or after-sales support, with previous supervisory experience considered an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Results-oriented approach with the ability to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented working style.
Technical background and familiarity with the automotive industry will be considered an asset.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
