We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager – Genuine Automotive Spare Parts to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager Spare Parts, you will be responsible for:

Define and develop the product portfolio in line with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Manage pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and product price lists.
Monitor market developments, including aftermarket competition, fleet aging, and electrification trends.
Identify opportunities to grow OEM parts sales, increase market share, and develop economy-line product strategies.
Track product performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions, including campaigns, discounts, and pricing adjustments.
Forecast demand and collaborate with Purchasing to ensure optimal inventory levels, high availability, and controlled stock value.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain.
Ensure accurate product information across all customer touchpoints and support the implementation of digital campaigns and website content updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Passion for the automotive industry and strong understanding of the OEM/aftermarket environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, manage large datasets, and translate insights into business actions.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
