We're Hiring: Junior Accountant | Autohellas Hertz

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy communicating with customers, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accounting records and financial transactions in SAP.

• Prepare, issue, and verify invoices and other accounting documents.

• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.

• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, account balances, and outstanding issues.

• Monitor customer accounts and support the collections process.

• Assist with month-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer service and smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience with or knowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.

• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
