We are looking for Technical Support Trainer for our brands based in Kifissia.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for delivering technical training and providing advanced technical support to the Dealer and Service Network, ensuring high technical competence, effective problem resolution, and compliance with manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical training programs, including EV technologies, to the Dealer and Service Network.
Develop and update training materials, certification programs, and e-learning content.
Assess and certify dealer technical personnel.
Provide technical support to service centers through on-site visits and the manufacturer's Hotline.
Support the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues.
Monitor product quality and escalate technical cases to the manufacturer.
Translate and communicate technical bulletins and updates.
Collaborate with the Technical Service Department and participate in manufacturer training activities.
Key Qualifications:
University degree or Technical Higher Education in Automotive Technology or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, workshop operations, or technical training.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and automotive technologies, including EVs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent command of Greek and English.
Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP or similar systems).
