We are looking for New Cars Logistics Specialist for our brands based in Kifissia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor orders throughout the entire process, from order entry through to final delivery.

• Review, verify, and process order invoicing.

• Coordinate vehicle transportation and delivery processes with external partners and logistics providers.

• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely and efficient execution.

• Provide support to the partner network regarding orders, vehicle availability, and delivery schedules.

• Review and manage all necessary transportation, delivery, and order-related documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that relevant systems are kept up to date.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• More than 3 years of experience in logistics, order management, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/logistics systems.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.

• Good understanding of logistics, transportation, and vehicle delivery processes.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

• Previous experience in vehicle logistics and a valid driving license will be considered an advantage.
